Cancelling your monthly plan
You can cancel the $49/month service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and monthly fees already paid are not prorated.
What happens to your website
Hosting, security, backups, maintenance and monthly updates end when your plan ends, so the website stops being served from our infrastructure. You keep your domain, and we can provide a copy of your website content on request.
Setup fee refunds
The $499 setup fee is refundable before design work begins. Once we have started building your website, the setup fee is non-refundable because the work has already been performed.
How to cancel
Send a cancellation request through our contact page. We'll confirm your cancellation date in writing.
